Saturday, 16th August was another day of protests in Kashmir. A sea of protestors descended on Pampore the hometown of Hurriyat terrorist Sheikh Aziz who was killed in police firing earlier this week.
The key demand of these separatists was to open all roads to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and Pakistan so that people can trade freely.
A huge crowd of separatists from across the Valley gathered at Pampore to pay tribute to him. Unlike in Jammu where we have been seeing the Indian tricolor flag, the separatists in Kashmir were having the Islamic flags. In fact, on 15th August, just after the Indian flag was hoisted in Srinagar, the islamic flag was hoisted in next few hours, on the very same spot.
The separatists and terrorists want a Srinagar-Muzaffarabad corridor open. "We demand that the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad road be opened immediately so that people can trade their goods across the LoC. We also demand that all roads going to Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir and Pakistan be opened immediately," Omar said.
Separatists are now asking mainstream political parties to join them. All political parties will support this for various reasons. But its going to be a disaster. Terrorists will freely start "human trafficking" of terrorists from Jammu-Kashmir to Pakistan and other way round.
